Some behind the scenes for this episode:
I invited Shyia to sit down with me after attending one of their heavy bag boxing classes so we could truly unpack all the badass spaces they are creating and I am so honored they said yes.
Buckle up to get wowed, and make sure to check out the show notes on how to catch up with Shyia in person at an upcoming gallery opening showcasing their visual art!
