FANGIRL YOUR LIFE PODCAST GUEST RELEASE FORM

This Guest Release Form (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Nadine Stille ("Host") and the undersigned guest ("Guest") regarding the Guest’s appearance on the Fangirl Your Life podcast and it’s derived content for use online (collectively, the "Content").

1. Guest Permissions

Guest grants Host permission to use Guest’s name, likeness, voice, image, and any materials provided by Guest (including but not limited to videos, images, and logos) in connection with the

Content. Host may use this material for promotional purposes on any platform, including but not limited to podcast hosting platforms (such as Spotify), social media, email, and the Host’s website.

2. Content Rights & Distribution

Nadine Stille retains full ownership of all Content created, including the right to edit, repurpose, and distribute the Content across any platforms. Host may use the Content on platforms such as but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital or social media channels. Host reserves the right to monetize the Content at its discretion.

3. Compensation

Guest acknowledges that their participation is entirely voluntary, and they will not receive any financial compensation for their appearance or the distribution of the Content.

4. Promotion and Attribution

  • Guest agrees to share the podcast episode with their network and community to help promote. This can look like sending one email to their email list with links to the listen to the podcast episode once it’s live, reposting social media posts the Host is sharing about the episode or even sharing original social media posts on Guest’s social media platforms.

  • Host will provide Guest with swipe copy, graphics, and links to make sharing easier.

  • Host agrees to promote Guest’s business, social media handles, and any freebie or gift that Guest provides.

  • These promotions will appear in the podcast show notes and in social media posts.

  • Host will also share Guest’s podcast episodes including repurposed short-form videos and other social media posts with their email list and on social media platforms.

5. Copyright and Legal Protections

Guest confirms that they have all rights to any materials provided for the Content and that their participation does not violate any agreements with third parties. Guest agrees to hold Host harmless from any claims arising out of the use of these materials.

6. Revocation and Editing Rights

Guest may request reasonable edits to the Content within 3 days of the original recording date. However, once the Content has been published, Guest may not request changes. Guest can request total content removal; the decision to remove content will be at the discretion of the Host.

7. Consent for Third-Party Platforms

Guest understands and agrees that the Content will be distributed on third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and other digital or social media platforms, which may have different terms of service and privacy policies from Host’s own channels.

8. Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Guest’s appearance and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
