Join us for three energizing evenings, each one crafted to help you feel supported, inspired, and a little more like yourself.
Through real talk, shared experiences, and connection with other parents, you’ll walk away feeling less alone and more uplifted.

At each event, we’ll be collecting items or donations to support a local organization making a real difference for families and individuals in need. If you're able, we’d love for you to bring a little something along:
Sept 24: Backpack Buddies – Food DriveHelp feed hungry kids across BC by contributing to our Backpack Buddies food drive. Learn more and bring along the follow items if you can: instant oatmeal packages or microwavable Mac & Cheese cups that can be packed into kids' backpacks. (Food Items were suggested by Backpack Buddies.)
Oct 29: Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre – Donation DriveBring essential items to support women and children accessing emergency shelter and community services. View the current needs list.
Nov 26: BabyGoRound – Winter Gear DriveLet’s help keep little ones warm this winter. We’re collecting new or gently used winter gear for families supported by BabyGoRound. What to donate.

Meet Your Hosts
Koryn Heisler is a mom of three, a published author, and former Special Education teacher who founded This World's Ours - an inclusive centre in the heart of Vancouver that offers a safe, social space for neurodiverse children and their families.
Koryn knows firsthand how vital community is, especially when raising neurodiverse children, and is passionate about creating welcoming, accessible spaces for all.
Nadine Stille helps ambitious parents blend real-life family chaos with their big dreams - whether it’s a bold career pivot or reclaiming time for what lights them up. With over 15 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Nadine brings both strategic know-how and deep empathy to her coaching practice. She’s trained and certified in multiple coaching modalities and supports clients around the globe in taking meaningful steps - big or small - toward the life they truly want. Her approach combines real talk, gentle accountability, and a focus on rest, joy, and what truly energizes you.
When she’s not coaching or chasing after her two little ones, you’ll likely find her with a novel in one hand and cake in the other.
